New Mobile Chiropractic Business Accepting Clients in Cook County

Spring is a time for trees, flowers, and new businesses to bud and emerge in Cook County. This spring has certainly been a busy time of year for new entrepreneurs entering the small business landscape and for ownership changes in long-standing businesses.

Dr. Steph Vos is the most recent entrepreneur to bloom in the Cook County area. She recently announced she is starting a chiropractic business offering acupuncture, chiropractic, energy work, craniosacral therapy, and pelvic floor rehabilitation services.

Her passion for caring for bodies started at a young age. “I was always active and moving and really fell in love with yoga,” Vos said. “And that was where an idea was born that I could make a livelihood like caring for bodies.” After pursuing her yoga teaching and yoga therapist credentials, she continued to work towards becoming a chiropractor. “A couple of years ago, I went back to school, and three years later, here I am.”

Vos is passionate about her mantra, “Bodies are meant to be enjoyed.” She focuses her work on returning to wholeness rather than fixing something broken. Her appointments are generally 30 minutes to one hour and involve massage, coaching on activities, mobilization of joints, and much more.

Rather than having a brick-and-mortar location, her services are mobile, allowing her to travel to clients’ homes for appointments. “So the fancy way of saying that is I am a concierge chiropractor,” Vos said. “What that really means is I come to you. I have my table in the back of my car. I have all the instruments that I need with me.” She is currently accepting clients Tuesdays thru Fridays. To schedule an appointment or learn more about her services, email drstephvos@gmail.com or visit her website

Since announcing her new business, Vos said, “The support that I’ve had already from patients and the community has just been really overwhelming and encouraging. I’m off to a good start. I’m excited to keep things going.”

Vos adds, “This is the community I want to be in, and that I could do the work that I love here in the community that I love and the place that I love with people that means so much to me.”
